This page provides up-to-date information regarding the renovation of House 9 (green house, HSH), House 12 (orange house) as well as House 11 (blue house) in the Studentenstadt Freimann.
The renovation of House 11 in the Studentenstadt Freimann is clearly progressing. A first model room shows what the accommodation units will look like. The exterior façade was set back, creating more space in the rooms. The large windows create a bright, light-flooded atmosphere and offer a lovely view.
House 9 and 12
Since the beginning of 2022, the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern has been engaged in negotiations with the BayernHeim GmbH regarding the renovation of House 9 in the Studentenstadt. In a press conference on 27 September 2022, Bavarian State Minister for Science Markus Blume and Bavarian Construction Minister Christian Bernreiter announced that the BayernHeim GmbH is now to take over the renovation of Houses 9 and 12. The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern is thus discussing the next specific steps with the BayernHeim GmbH.
