What is the Private Accommodation Service?
We are always pleased if we can help our students find suitable accommodation by providing up-to-date information on available private rooms.
The service can only be used by students. For students studying at one of the universities under the jurisdiction of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern the service is free of charge.
How does it work?
Below you’ll find an up-to-date overview of rooms and flats for rent. Click on an offer ID for more detailed information about that individual room or apartment.
If you are interested in one particular room, make a note of the 6-digit offer ID.
If you already have your personal user ID, you can straight away find out the contact details online. Should you not yet have a user ID, you will first need to register with the Private Accommodation Service.

If the information provided for a room turns out not to be true or untrustworthy, please inform us about it by email.
We also recommend never to pay in cash. But if you do, we strongly advise you to make sure you get a receipt.
