The Childcare Centre at the Martinsried Campus is located on the grounds of the Biocenter of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität (LMU) Munich. The easiest way to get to the childcare centre is to take the bus 266 towards Planegg. The childcare centre is located below the canteen.
The Facility’s Rooms
The campus childcare centre consists of four groups. Each group has its own spacious group room with access to the garden. The three nursery groups also have an adjacent sleep room. In addition to the group rooms and sleep rooms, the childcare centre also has an exercise and activity room. This room also has access to the garden. Due to the many windows and doors facing the garden, the rooms are very bright and friendly. The garden's exceptional size offers plenty of room for the children to play and race about. One of the childcare centre's highlights is the open kitchen in the hallway.
Whose Children Do We Look After
We take care of children of parents who are studying at a university the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern is in charge of, as well as those of employees of the Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität Munich, the supporting association “Stud. Eltern-Kind-Initiativen e.V." and the Studierendenwerk.
