The latest specials month of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern will this time be focussing on street food dishes. The chefs of the various gastronomic facilities will be offering a delicious variety of different recipes.
Some of the highlights:
- Provence style lamb goulash (Easter)
- fried chicken wings with barbecue sauce
- Marrakesh bowl
- vegan hot dog with vegetable sausage, crunchy fried onions and gherkins
- chicken nugget bowl
- yellow vegetable curry with cauliflower and broccoli
“Street food” usually means food that is sold on public spaces or on markets. Often, it’s rather something small to-go for in between.
