You are studying at a university the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern is in charge of. You can therefore use this service for free.

To receive the contact details of a landlord/landlady you need to:

1. Fill out this form.
2. After having registered, please immediately submit your certificate of enrolment or the acceptance letter you received from your university (as PDF or JPEG). 
   Should you be studying a course which does not require being specifically accepted, please email us your university entrance qualification (as PDF or JPEG). Please do not send any Word or Excel documents (doc/xls).
3. Once we have verified your details, your account will be activated and you will be emailed your user ID. Your account will be valid for six months and will enable you to request the contact details of a landlord/landlady. Please be sure to keep your user ID safe.
4. Everything else will be sorted out directly between you and the landlord/landlady.
