Grundbeitragssatzung [bylaws regarding the Basic Fee]
Neue Satzung ab 01.03.2023 [New bylaws from 01.03.2023 on]
Here you can find the new bylaws [neue Grundbeitragssatzung; bylaws regarding the Basic Fee] of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern (Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern), adapted to the new Bayerisches Hochschulinnovationsgesetz (BayHIG: "Bavarian university innovations' regulations"). This law came into force on 01.01.2023, and replaces the former Bavarian University regulations (in force until the 01.01.2023).

As the tarification of the Public Transportation Services of the semester ticket was raised, a new amendment to the bylaws had to be made. It fixes the new solidarity fee at 77,30 euro.
