The Hans-Scholl-Halle will offer the residents lots of room to do sports, to study and to get into contact  with each other – in a modern building, technically equipped with the very best.

The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern and the BayernHeim GmbH invested a total of 7 million euros in the renovation, including grants of the Bavarian State Ministry for Housing, Construction and Transport amounting to approx. 3 million euros as well as 980,000 euros provided by the organisation Studentenstadt München. Renovation works were carried out by CHRISTOPH MAAS Architekturbüro GmbH.

At the official opening, Claudia Meijering, Director of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern, said: "I am very pleased that this communal area is once again available to the residents of Studentenstadt Freimann and I wish everyone a successful StuStaCulum."
