03.12.16 Trip to Ulm (with christmas market)

After a two hours long ride on the regional train we will arrive in Ulm, the beautiful town at the Bavarian-Baden-Wuerttemberg border. On a guided English tour we will get to know the old city center. There's a lot to see, back in the days Ulm was a royal city and famous for its culture, arts and crafts. Especially impressive is the world's tallest church, the Ulmer Münster (Ulm Minster). The late afternoon we'll spend in town as well, there will be enough time to check out the different facets of Ulm, old parts and new. Another highlight: the Ulm Christmas Market. At the foot of the cathedral you find many stalls and booths with traditional delicacies or Glühwein (glogg), christmas decoration and a living crib. In the price included are the train ticket and a guided tour around town, for 3 Euro extra charge you can climb the imposing church tower.
