You are studying at a university the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern is not in charge of. Our service is only available for you if you pay part of the Studierendenwerk fee, which all students here are required to pay.
To receive the contact details of a landlord/landlady you need to:
- Fill out this form.
After having registered, please immediately submit your certificate of enrolment or the acceptance letter you received from your university (as PDF or JPEG) as well as an online receipt confirming that you have transferred €42.50 of the semester fee.

Please don’t send any Word or Excel documents (.doc/.xls).In case you are making your payment from abroad, please be aware of the fact that there could be additional charges, for which we cannot come up. Therefore, please ask your bank how high these additional charges will be and transfer the amount on top of the €42.50.
- Once we have verified your details, your account will be activated and you will be emailed your user ID. Your account will be valid for six months and will enable you to request the contact details of a landlord/landlady. Please be sure to keep your user ID safe.
- Everything else will be sorted out directly between you and the landlord/landlady.
