Welcome to the Private Accommodation Service of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern. You can submit your room or apartment offer to the Studierendenwerk online. Please fill out the registration form carefully and click on "Submit offer" at the end of the registration form.

Rent
The Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern considers it its responsibility to make affordable accommodation available to students. Therefore, please only offer rooms and flats with a comparatively low rent.
Publishing your offer
Your offer will be published online. However, your contact details will only be passed on to students after they have registered. This is to try and ensure that your contact details are only passed on to students.
