AEGEE (Association des Etats Généraux des Etudiants de l’Europe) is the largest European student organisation with more than 13,000 members in roughly 200 cities throughout Europe.
As an open forum for students in Europe, it seeks to overcome frontiers – both in academia, as AEGEE is interdisciplinary, as well as geographical and cultural borders, as AEGEE has no national structures. It encourages its members to get the most out of modern Europe and to actively contribute in shaping it. AEGEE organises conferences, summer university, study trips and orientation workshops for international students; they promote student mobility within Europe or simply throw big parties to help members make friends all over the continent. AEGEE welcomes everybody who wants to join in!
