As part of cultureclubbing and in cooperation with the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern, DOK.fest is going to be showing the film CHOSEN FAMILY by Elisa VdK.

Over 100 current international documentaries will offer new perspectives on our world at DOK.fest Munich – from May 6 to 25, 2026. Beyond daily news reports, they tell stories of people, relationships, and realities from diverse regions around the world. The program is  characterized by thematic series such as “Visions of the Future” and “HerStory – Films about Fearless Women,” prestigious competitions, and special features like DOK.network Africa and the Student Award.
