- answers to questions regarding the end of your studies and entering professional life
- support for students faced with challenges in life (e.g. chronic illnesses or disabilities)

Workshops/Lectures in the Winter Semester 2026/27
Financial constraints during college often create stress—especially in an expensive city. Many of your fellow students face these same challenges.In our workshop, we’ll therefore explore questions such as:
What does money actually mean to me, and how can I use it to shape my life the way I want it to be?
In addition to encouraging perspectives, you’ll receive concrete, practical tips on budget planning and financing your studies.
This will help you learn how to manage your expenses wisely while still finding room for enjoyment.

Then this workshop will teach you strategies for coping with stress and promoting your resilience as well as various relaxation techniques. Let's take a look together at where you stand and what starting points there are for improving your energy balance. We will teach you the theoretical basics and practical interventions that you can try out in your everyday life.

Is the end of your studies within reach and are you a little worried what’s going to happen now?
At this point, most students enter their professional life. It gets quite complicated when you now have to deal with insurances, health insurance or with repaying student loans.
In order to avoid plunging in at the deep end, you will receive basic tips on when you need to start thinking about what. If the right job doesn’t work out right away, we can also give you some information on what you have to pay attention to in the case of temporary unemployment after your studies.
