Dear Internationals, we would like to invite all of you to join us in our day trip to one of Germany's most beautiful medieval cities "Bamberg".
The Old Town of Bamberg is listed as a Unesco World Heritage Site and manages to fascinate its visitors again and again. Bamberg is also called "Franconian Rome" and the beautiful town centre is known as "Little Venice". The city is well-known for its captivating architecture, its smoked beer and its picturesque countryside. We will go on a guided city tour through the historical city centre with its cathedral, churches and monastries, its romantic rose garden and its beautiful bridges; afterwards, there will be plenty of time left to explore the town.
