At the bottom of this page, you will find an overview of all the rooms and flats currently being offered via our Private Accommodation Service.
In order to obtain the contact details of the landlord/landlady, you need to register first.

What is the Private Accommodation Service?
We are always pleased if we can help our students find suitable accommodation by providing up-to-date information on available private rooms. The service can only be used by students and is only free of charge for students studying at one of the universities under the jurisdiction of the Studierendenwerk München Oberbayern!
How does it work?
Below, you'll find an overview of the latest rooms and flats available, which you can sort by different criteria (e.g. rent, part of the city). Simply click on an offer ID to obtain more detailed information about that individual room or apartment.
If you are interested in a particular offer, make a note of the 6-digit offer ID. If you already have your personal user ID, you can straight away find out the contact details online. Should you not yet have a user ID, you will first need to register with the Private Accommodation Service.

Important Information
If the data provided in an offer turns out not to be true or if you find out an offer is untrustworthy, we kindly ask you to contact us. To do so, please use our feedback form or send an email to pzv@stwm.de.
We also recommend not to pay your landlord or landlady in cash. But if you do, we strongly advise you to make sure you get a receipt.
